Shipping Costs

Authority to Leave

• By selecting Authority to Leave, you accept responsibility for the parcel once delivered.

• McCartneyAE is not liable for loss or damage after delivery where Authority to Leave has been provided.

Damaged or Lost Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

• If an item is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Details

• Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at the time of order.

• Additional costs incurred due to incorrect address details may be charged to the customer.

International Shipping

• International shipping is available by request.

• Delivery times, duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Change of Mind

• We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

• Exchanges or store credit may be offered at our discretion, provided the item is:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of purchase

• Proof of purchase is required.

Faulty or Defective Products

• If a product is faulty, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

• Please notify us as soon as possible after discovering the fault.

• We may require the product to be returned for inspection before processing a claim.

Incorrect Supply

• If an incorrect item has been supplied, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

• Electrical components that have been installed or attempted to be installed

• Custom-made, special-order, or modified items

• Labour, call-out fees, or diagnostic time (unless required under ACL)

Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
